Q: What freight company are you using
A: We use NZ post, Booth freight and Mainfreight.

Q: Do you combine shipping
A: Yes

Q: Do you ship to overseas
A: NZ nationwide only,but you can arrange your export freight agent, and we can ship to their warehouse.

Q: Do you provide installation service
A: yes

Q: Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?
A: Only for the small item sent by NZ post .

Q: How do I track the progress of my delivery?
A: By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our system with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time.

Q: When can you dispatch my order?
A: Any orders before 1pm will be sent on the same day, or the next working days.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Most of our products are bulky, so the shipping prices are hugely different, especially South Island. you can place the order for now, and we will quote you the shipping cost later, you dont need to pay anything until you confirm. or you can arrange your own freight company if its cheaper.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we offer pick up as a delivery option to all of our Victorian customers. At checkout, once you input your Victorian shipping address you will be given a “Pick Up” delivery option. Once you have placed your order, pick up details will be emailed to you.

Q: If I order online how long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Courier takes 1 to 2 working days, Freight company takes 1 to 3 working days to north island. 3-5 working days to south island.Rural area takes extra 1 to 2 working days.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All shelving & Racking product come with a lifetime warranty, and the other products come with a standard 12 month return-to-base warranty.

Q. How do I have my product fixed under warranty?
A: All warranty work is return-to-base. The customer is responsible for the shipment of the item back to our warehouse.

Q: Do you offer credit?
A: Not at the moment, payment is upfront only.

Q: Can I collect today if I place an order now?
A: Yes. anytime between our business hours, but its better to give us a call to confirm, some products take a bit of time to dig them out.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view the shelving?
A: Yes, We display most of our products.

Q: Can I pickup and pay at your warehouse?
A: Yes, we take Eftpos, Credit Card, and Cash payment

Q: Is your website secure?
A: Sure is. We use the latest SSL encryption technology. We don’t see your card details, and we certainly don’t store them.

Q: Can I arrange my own freight company to pickup from you?
A: Yes, but we need your consignment note paperwork when you book the job.

Q: Do you provide installation Service?
